📋 Description

• Set up purchase orders, invoicing, and receiving; assist Procurement with operating POs, vendors, and Scout requests • Review and post operating expenses and ensure monthly accruals are established • Work with Accounting's fixed asset team to review lease contracts and details • Approve lease invoices in Tririga • Build vendor-level CapEx/OpEx budgets and arrange meetings with site managers • Analyze Operations account data from A360 actuals extractions for G/L-level detail • Work with BFM to keep POs and invoices within consolidated account/location budgets and aligned with forecasts • Support site managers with vendor setup for payment and assist the Master Data Management team • Conduct weekly stakeholder check-in meetings to resolve outstanding items • Enter GREWP sustainability and global operations information while supporting global budget tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on relevant experience in operational finance, procurement, or business operations • Good communication skills • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Proven ability to handle OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget tracking • Experience with Smartsheets is nice-to-have • Experience working within ERP environments is nice-to-have • Familiarity with Oracle, IBM Tririga, and A360 is nice-to-have • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is nice-to-have
