📋 Description

• Managing global compensation cycles for their business groups, annual compensation program review, annual salary, and bonus planning. • Managing the global reward and recognition program. • Providing advice and counsel to HRBPs and senior staff on pay decisions including policy and guideline interpretation. • Conducting research, market analysis; providing input on plans and programs; ad hoc analysis and planning. • Providing thought leadership on compensation and related topics within the global compensation community and with internal clients. • Designing, developing and implementing programs that enhance Akamai's ability to attract, motivate and retain talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Have the ability to identify challenges and develop appropriate solutions while meeting competing and shifting deadlines • Have the ability to work independently, prioritize stakeholders, manage details and deliver results with competing demands. • Have exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills • Have proficiency using Power Query, PayScale/market Pay, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Have experience working with Oracle HCM
