📋 Description

• Strategize and deliver branding strategy in Spain, including social media, web content, and events strategies • Plan, attend, and execute programming for interns • Build and maintain effective candidate relationships across countries in EMEA • Document internal processes and procedures • Maintain internal web pages and recruiting tools • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, and offer negotiation • Collaborate with universities across Poland, Spain, Israel, and more • Support day-to-day program operations • Deliver social and career development events for students • Collaborate with the marketing team to brand Akamai as a top destination for students

🎯 Requirements

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and returning to the program after completion of the internship • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with global teammates • Passion for learning about university relations, talent acquisition, and program branding • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
