📋 Description

• Owning program and/or project management • Playing a trusted advisor that customers get the most value out of solutions • Being an expert and technical advisor to architect and manage web performance and security solutions • Defining account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline • Leading a cross functional team and developing a culture of excellence to empower and encourage team synergy • Partnering with sales and pre-sales to help expand the use of services and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience • Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or its equivalent • Experience in a customer-facing role • Understanding of consulting complex web content delivery and security strategies • Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects • Experience in web development technologies, methodologies and languages such as HTTP/S, DNS, TCP, WebSockets, APIs, LLMs, MCPs, etc. • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills • Ability to articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner • Team player with ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
