📋 Description

• Identify, support, and provide change management and organizational development efforts, consulting with relevant HR leaders • Evolve and embed talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion, and engagement • Work with supporting COEs and peers to deliver and support regular metrics, including Quarterly people metrics • Collaborate with COE organizations and peer HRBPs to gather information and ensure business compliance with HR programs • Assist in developing, designing, and executing corporate HR programs and projects • Manage the employee life cycle; identify trends, process gaps, support, capabilities, and efficiencies, and address resolutions • Perform data analysis for the Japan business while tracking and reporting initiatives • Manage employee-relations matters in line with Japanese laws

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Experience delivering in a global, high-growth, changing environment in high technology • Leadership presence and communication skills • Ability to influence at the senior leadership level • Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment • Track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact • Ability to address difficult issues and make tough decisions • Experience managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk, and ensuring compliance • Experience supporting Functional programs as applicable and appropriate • Experience working in the technology sector ideally
