📋 Description

• Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders including Legal, Deal Desk, Product Managers, and Billing to fulfill complete and compliant Akamai orders • Advise on and review approvals, existing customer details, contractual product information, pricing, contract structure, and opportunity details • Create approved sales paperwork • Serve as the go-to person for sales on ordering-related topics, especially paperwork creation • Review every customer-facing document for accuracy and compliance • Cooperate daily with sales teams to determine optimal contract structures and assist with existing customer renewals • Gather sales feedback and convert client requirements into valid, compliant orders and contracts • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and secure approvals for standard and non-standard deals • Monitor and audit in-process sales orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies • Act as a subject-matter expert on selling policies and deal terms • Identify opportunities to streamline the order process • Maintain knowledge of Akamai's product portfolio, pricing, and features to advise sales teams

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • Enthusiasm for Quote-to-Cash and Order Management, with end-to-end process understanding • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems independently • Initiative and a curious, continuous-learning mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment • Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural global teams • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience • Familiarity with Salesforce and Siebel
