📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of Akamai's expert-driven services portfolio spanning Application and API Security, Network Security, Cloud Compute, and Edge Delivery • Build and manage managed security, managed digital monitoring, technical advisory, and cloud infrastructure operations service offerings • Accelerate product adoption, maximize customer value, and drive long-term retention • Partner with Security & Cloud Technology groups, engineering, sales, and global operations • Simplify portfolio packaging and define pricing models • Execute strategic go-to-market initiatives • Collaborate with the team to define and drive the direction of Akamai's Global Services • Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), define features with detailed acceptance criteria, and develop essential documentation • Define product roadmaps, scope requirements, and oversee the lifecycle for managed, advisory, and support services • Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies • Partner with platform product teams, architects, delivery teams, and the broader services organization • Align service offerings with core platform capabilities and customer needs • Own operational metrics, revenue performance, and customer feedback • Refine service value propositions and reduce churn

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in Product Management or experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or edge delivery • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent • Expertise in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical field through practical experience or equivalent qualifications • Product Management experience with technical expertise to collaborate effectively on system design and trade-offs • Ability to analyze customer feedback, product usage, and market trends • Ability to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, define success metrics, and measure customer impact • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams • Exceptional analytical abilities • Expertise in managing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
