📋 Description

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of Akamai's Global Services product portfolio across security, content delivery, cloud infrastructure, and AI domains • Develop and manage managed security and cloud operations offerings to enhance adoption and retention • Collaborate with technology groups, engineering, sales, and operations to optimize packaging, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives • Create Product Requirement Documents, define features with detailed acceptance criteria, and develop product documentation • Define product roadmaps and scope requirements • Oversee the complete lifecycle for managed, advisory, and support services • Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies • Define product vision and strategy aligned with market needs and business objectives • Manage operational metrics, revenue outcomes, and feedback to optimize performance and adoption • Minimize churn and enhance service value • Collaborate within a team to define and drive the direction of Akamai's cloud offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in Product Management or experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or edge delivery • Expertise in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant technical field through practical experience or equivalent qualifications • Good understanding of Product Management principles • Experience with the product life-cycle delivery process • Ability to evaluate consumer insights, usage patterns, and industry trends • Ability to uncover opportunities, allocate resources, establish metrics, and assess user impact • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams • Outstanding analytical skills • Clear communication skills • Expertise in managing relationships to understand use cases, challenges, and target outcomes
