📋 Description

• Being proactive analyzing large datasets to identify emerging patterns of unmitigated attacks and incorrectly blocked human requests • Resolving customer-reported escalations by analyzing their traffic, tailoring detection algorithms for maximum accuracy, and optimizing configurations • Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to debug production issues, conduct root cause analysis and propose product enhancements • Engaging with Professional Services and customers to implement detection enhancements and advocate for customer priorities • Generating regular reports on attack trends, mitigation effectiveness, and key security metrics for stakeholders • Improving our tooling to proactively identify accuracy issues and facilitate traffic analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Have 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Have 2 years of experience with data analysis for security applications and showcasing innovative problem-solving skills • Have practical knowledge of application security products such as WAF and bot detection • Have experience in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar programming languages • Demonstrate familiarity with Internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL • Have great verbal and written communication skills
