📋 Description

• Partner with global business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions • Lead stakeholder workshops, understand business needs, identify pain points, and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria • Map current and future-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend workflow optimization and automation opportunities • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to evaluate system capabilities and integration opportunities • Ensure solutions align with business objectives • Manage requirements traceability and support development and testing activities • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive defect resolution • Evaluate system enhancements, conduct impact assessments and root cause analysis • Support implementations, migrations, releases, and user adoption through documentation and training • Maintain process maps, functional specifications, system workflows, and project documentation • Leverage data analysis tools to support informed decision-making • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, mentor fellow analysts, and drive solutions throughout the SDLC

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems design, product/IT consulting, or a related field • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies • Experience managing business analysis activities across the SDLC • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis tools • Understanding of APIs, data models, and enterprise system integrations • Ability to assess system dependencies and evaluate technical solutions • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or Draw.io • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
