📋 Description

• Being proactive analyzing large datasets to identify emerging patterns of unmitigated attacks and incorrectly blocked human requests • Resolving customer-reported escalations related to bot and abuse products and implementing corrective tuning • Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing the overall security posture and product capabilities • Engaging with Professional Services and customers to implement product enhancements • Generating regular reports on attack trends, mitigation effectiveness, and key security metrics for stakeholders • Developing and implementing detection rules and models to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the security products

🎯 Requirements

• Have 4+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Have experience with data analysis for security applications • Have practical knowledge of application security products such as WAF and bot detection • Have experience in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar programming languages • Demonstrate familiarity with Internet protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS/SSL • Have great verbal and written communication skills
