📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to cross-functional CTG leadership including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance • Maintain the rhythm of the business through developing and executing integrated processes • Lead expectations for quality of internal and external outputs across CTG through developing and documenting standards and practices • Drive consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and reviewing key performance indicators with business leaders • Communicate changes and drive adoption of new standards of working • Continuously optimize processes to support large-scale decision-making • Partner with Product and Program Management to establish and sustain processes for consistent execution of product strategy • Advance operational excellence through reporting, strategy reviews, roadmaps, and key internal processes • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to streamline information sharing and enable timely delivery of outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in a Strategy or Product-related role • Bachelor's degree • Experience building processes and driving operational standards for a cross-functional organization • Understanding of cloud, data center concepts, content distribution networks (CDN), and related technology • Ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes • Experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all organizational levels • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools • Ability to operate systems with limited supervision • Experience building rudimentary dashboards and developing KPIs
