📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to cross-functional Cloud Technology Group leadership, including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance • Maintain the rhythm of the business through integrated processes • Lead quality expectations for internal and external outputs through development and documentation of standards and practices • Drive consistency in business reviews by establishing best practices for managing, maintaining, and reviewing key performance indicators • Communicate changes and drive adoption of new standards of working • Continuously optimize processes to support large-scale decision-making • Partner with Product and Program Management to establish and sustain processes supporting consistent product strategy execution • Advance operational excellence through reporting, strategy reviews, roadmaps, and key internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in a Strategy or Product-related role • Bachelor's degree • Experience building processes and driving operational standards for a cross-functional organization • Understanding of cloud and data center concepts • Understanding of content distribution networks (CDN) and related technology • Experience translating technical requirements into business outcomes • Experience presenting to and working with teams and leadership at all organizational levels • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools • Experience operating systems with limited supervision • Experience building rudimentary dashboards • Experience developing KPIs
