📋 Description

• Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping them develop a long-term security strategy • Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service and ensure customer engagement • Solving technical problems, demonstrating Akamai's value, and communicating clearly and effectively to both technical and business audiences • Participating in training and internal projects, contributing to best practices, maximising efficiency, and improving service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industry • Have a basic experience web development languages, methodologies, and/or architectures (e.g. J2EE, HTTP, DNS) • Have a working knowledge of security and identity technology, process and concepts, and security event management/compliance • Demonstrate basic project management experience to deliver technical projects successfully • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers • Be fluent in French and English
