📋 Description

• Improve the performance, availability, and scalability of large distributed content delivery systems • Define and establish measurable Service Level Indicators and Objectives with Product and engineering teams • Provide technical expertise and feedback on system designs and implementations • Monitor platform availability and performance, analyze data to debug issues, and implement corrective actions • Develop automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and minimize repetitive tasks • Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance for scalability, performance, and robustness • Stay current with cloud computing, DevOps, and SRE best practices • Support seamless deployment, monitoring, incident response, business continuity, system efficiency, availability, and security

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Expertise in Python, Bash, and JavaScript • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ADBMS, and Datadog for dashboards and monitoring • Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments • Oracle SQL proficiency for data integrity checks, root-cause analysis, and reporting • Customer focus, accountability, communication, and teamwork abilities across cross-functional groups • Proactive self-direction and commitment to ongoing learning • Ability to work on Internet technologies and large-scale distributed content delivery systems
