📋 Description

• Researching, implementing, and validating new AI techniques and tools to turn new ideas into production-ready systems. • Analyzing model performance and optimizing agent behavior to ensure top-tier functionality. • Designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying a platform for others to deploy their own agents. • Collaborating closely with AI researchers, engineers, and architects to translate cutting-edge AI research into production. • Identifying bottlenecks and pain points across the organization, and proposing AI-based solutions to address them. • Designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks to ensure robust software quality across multiple platforms and environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate experience in Software development, with Python being an absolute must. • Demonstrate experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and at least one AI framework such as ADK, Langchain/Langraph, or CrewAI. • Demonstrate expertise with both Linux and Windows operating systems. • Show experience with at least one cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and their related AI solutions like VertexAI. • Demonstrate experience with our broader tech stack, including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, and a variety of DBs. • Apply statistical thinking and an experimental mindset, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
