📋 Description

• Research, implement, and validate new AI techniques and tools to turn ideas into production-ready systems • Analyze model performance and optimize agent behavior • Design, develop, maintain, and deploy a platform enabling others to deploy their own agents • Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, and architects to translate AI research into production • Identify organizational bottlenecks and pain points and propose AI-based solutions • Advance AI initiatives to enhance employee experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software development • Python is an absolute must • Experience with LLMs and AI agents • Experience with at least one AI framework such as ADK, Langchain/Langraph, or CrewAI • Experience with at least one cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure • Experience with cloud AI solutions such as VertexAI • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI, Langfuse, and a variety of databases • Statistical thinking and an experimental mindset • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
