📋 Description

• Develop the deployment stack for building new test datacenters on the Lab Platform • Design monitoring solutions using new and existing observability tooling to ensure the health of Lab Services • Identify bottlenecks in deployment and configuration frameworks • Propose solutions that improve performance and reliability • Collaborate with development and site reliability teams on mission-critical lab infrastructure services and environments • Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and experts to develop solutions • Contribute to scaling infrastructure and management tools • Drive development and testing improvements across the organization • Work on a highly collaborative global team

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, and CrossPlane • Experience with configuration management systems such as Ansible, SaltStack, or Puppet • Experience with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management • Experience with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Nomad • Experience with development-environment tooling such as Kind, Docker Compose, and Tilt • Understanding of core Linux concepts and networking • Command-line skills • Ability to build and configure Jenkins with GitHub • Experience using Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring, visualization, metrics, and system alerting • Background using Python and RESTful API frameworks, including Flask and Django • Ability to use AI tooling for troubleshooting • Comfortable working with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres
