📋 Description

• Designing and developing next-generation capabilities for Akamai's cloud platform • Enhancing existing monitoring and provisioning interfaces • Troubleshooting problems with the deployed system • Collaborating with the various testing, operations, and development teams that work on our cloud platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or its equivalent • Have experience with the art of writing maintainable, secure, and highly reliable code • Possess experience with Python coding (some background in C/C++, Perl, and/or Go would also be helpful) • Have hands-on experience with Linux (including deep system knowledge in an area such as OS principles, networking, or system internals) • Possess experience with low-level complex software systems such as virtualization, file systems, or any distributed systems • Be a team player with a collaborative spirit, possessing solid written and verbal communication skills
