📋 Description

‱ Owning the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through renewal ‱ Delivering technical deep-dives and custom product demonstrations to both security teams and executive-level decision-makers. ‱ Familiarizing yourself with customer environments, requirements, and milestones in order to help drive value ‱ Keeping clients regularly updated on new security features, updates, and the overarching product roadmap ‱ Partnering with Akamai's internal Product, Engineering, and Support teams to expedite bug fixes and requested features ‱ Driving successful product adoption by aligning platform capabilities with client security goals, ensuring measurable value, reduced API risk exposure, and high annual renewal rates

🎯 Requirements

‱ Have good understanding of common API vulnerabilities (such as the OWASP API Security Top 10), indicators of compromise, and web application attack patterns ‱ Possess understanding of AppSec principles and how they integrate into the software/application development lifecycle (SDLC) ‱ Have experience with HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST/GraphQL API architectures, and robust authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML, and API keys) ‱ Have experience and a successful track record in the security industry with large enterprise customers ‱ Have excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions ‱ Have excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills
