📋 Description

• Leading end-to-end program planning and execution for major AI platform initiatives, which includes defining technical roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks • Driving cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and resources, and ensuring cross-functional activities and deliverables complete on time and within scope • Leading the Product Development Process and the full software development lifecycle and release process for AI products and solutions • Leveraging technical expertise to lead complex projects, and managing programs from concept to market, including planning, risk, and schedule management • Establishing program metrics, tracking progress, monitoring updates, communicating changes to leaders, and offering guidance while mentoring team members

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of relevant experience in technical program management, cloud infrastructure engineering or AI/ML or its equivalent • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, handling risks, and shifting gears as needed • Inspire people at all levels of the organization without authority • Demonstrate ability in change management and transformation processes • Significant experience in Agile processes and methodologies • Thrive in a fast-paced environment having to manage high visibility, time sensitive, large scale complex programs • Good domain knowledge in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, distributed systems, or AI/ML inference workloads (experience with GPU infrastructure)
