📋 Description

• Lead a team of developers and site reliability engineers in a key routing services reliability program • Support cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in planning and execution of multiple projects and programs • Apply technical fluency, program management, and relationship skills to deliver compute solutions • Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation • Report program status, risks and opportunities, process dependencies, and success metrics to senior internal stakeholders • Engage with key collaborators to evaluate and identify business risks, understand priorities, and propose solutions • Adopt best-practice guidelines and implement continuous process improvements • Maintain and nurture relationships with internal engineering teams, focusing on server hardware components • Align engineering execution with organizational strategy and customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience and a Bachelor's diploma or its equivalent • Proficient experience in program or project management in a cross-functional and technical team • Sufficient technical background to provide credibility to technical teams and objectively evaluate risks and issues • Experience navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and adapting to changing priorities • Good interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders • Ability to adapt quickly and respond to changing priorities in a dynamic environment • Excellent teamwork and eagerness to engage in diverse, creative, and innovative projects • Ability to inspire people at all levels of the organization without direct authority • Proficient experience managing Agile work processes
