📋 Description

• Leading and mentoring the SRE team, setting technical direction, and performance goals. • Ensuring system reliability, uptime, and performance targets are met through proactive monitoring and automation. • Collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to design scalable, fault-tolerant systems. • Overseeing incident management, postmortems, and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. • Driving continuous improvement in deployment pipelines, observability, and capacity planning. • Establishing and maintaining SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs in partnership with product and engineering teams. • Implementing best practices for infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields. • 2+ years in a leadership or technical lead role. • Have a background in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Have proficiency with automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent). • Be experienced with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Coralogix, etc.). • Have a solid understanding of networking, Linux systems, and distributed architectures. • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
