📋 Description

• Participate in functional and product design reviews and incorporate feedback into test plans and test cases • Develop and implement automated tests for functionality, load, and performance • Create and execute tests on new features and capabilities • Collaborate with developers, Systems QA, release engineers, architects, and program managers • Improve testing and automation infrastructures • Define test plans and effective automation • Perform QA-related activities and develop and execute component-level test automation for Akamai's cloud storage platform

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Experience working in Unix/Linux • Experience developing automation frameworks using Python • Experience with storage technologies and/or cloud computing • Knowledge of networking concepts such as HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP • SQL/CouchDB experience is a bonus • Ability to work responsibly, self-manage, stay self-motivated, and work with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills • Ability to learn and dissect new technologies quickly • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
