📋 Description

• Familiarizing yourself with customer environments, requirements, and milestones in order to help drive value • Building and maintaining professional relationships with decision-makers and owning the technical relationships with customers • Performing technical customer presentations and demos and also identifying true positive attacks and showcasing to customers • Serving as a product and application security SME supporting customers and communicating technical concepts with various audiences • Providing customer feedback to product management on enhancement requests, escalations, and bugs to support teams as needed • Explaining features and benefits to customers, while also providing updates on features, bug fixes, and product roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience and Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent. • Have security knowledge of API vulnerabilities and attacks, including OWASP Top 10 and OWASP API Top 10 • Demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience with a wide variety of cloud and cybersecurity solutions (specifically API security) • Understand Application Security Principles and how to apply them in the app development process • Have excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understanding and anticipating the customer's priorities • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability of proactively identifying technical issues and driving solutions to technical problems
