📋 Description

• Collaborating with members of the aligned Enablement team to determine training needs, and proposed solutions. • Designing and developing learning content using instructional design strategies in a variety of modalities (including eLearning). • Collaborating in our Product Communities and SME program • Integrating learning activities and strategies that will engage and motivate the learner to further develop knowledge and skills. • Developing course content from scratch as well as updating and improving current courseware, hands-on labs, and exams.

🎯 Requirements

• Have hands-on experience in training content development and/or instructional design, applying adult learning principles. • Have maturity applying learning methodologies and strategies, especially around storytelling, micro-learning, and simulations. • Have working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools for different learning modalities. • Display excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
