📋 Description

• Elevating GS expertise in technical value selling, consulting, competition, and market landscapes. • Launching global Services foundational programs to enhance technical and certification skills. • Developing enablement strategy and educational offerings for specific GS sub-organizations. • Partnering with corporate education and global standards to improve the GS organization. • Demonstrating leadership by actively developing and innovating within GS and Navigate the global organization to develop scalable programs. • Using AI tools to accelerate training material development (content drafting, lab scripts, quiz creation) while maintaining Akamai's technical accuracy and brand standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate IT industry experience. • Have extensive experience in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting roles. • Possess experience in Internet technologies/protocols (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Web architecture). • Have experience with training tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate). • Demonstrate proven experience integrating AI into instructional workflows to reduce content development time. • Have experience with Cloud, Content Delivery Networks, Web Performance, and/or Security. • Possess highest levels of both business and technical acumen understanding and capturing business drivers and success metrics. • Have experience with technology learning and development organizations or projects. • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal abilities, including time management, conflict resolution, delivering engaging presentations, pitching solutions, technical negotiation, and consultancy expertise.
