📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs with multiple projects • Foster organizational change, process improvements, and technological advancements • Provide strategic guidance, scenario planning, and issue mitigation to teams and stakeholders • Develop partnerships with IT, product, and program stakeholders across the organization • Evolve operational frameworks and standardize program management practices • Generate status updates and executive briefs • Present complex technical information and risk considerations to executive leadership • Independently drive projects from start to finish, coordinating resources and schedules and addressing obstacles

🎯 Requirements

• High School / Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business, alongside demonstrated experience managing and completing intricate technical initiatives • Minimum of eight years of experience in the field • Extensive technical program management expertise, including marketing knowledge • Expertise with enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet • Deep practical understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience identifying and managing project dependencies • Experience maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones • Ability to translate complex technical jargon and system architecture constraints into actionable business impacts • Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for working across global constituencies
