• Learning and gaining in depth experience in Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, zero trust network security. • Working as a trusted support partner to resolve customer questions and issues. • Owning the problem resolution and collaborating with internal teams. • Leading investigations on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation and Zero Trust product for customers. • Analyzing existing technical issues on Akamai's Guardicore Segmentation, Zero Trust product, proposing solutions to prevent issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering • Have experience providing technical solutions & support to B2B customers. • Have knowledge of the technologies: Linux Operating System (Mandatory), Basic Networking, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies. • Have high availability and a responsiveness mindset. • Have Basic knowledge of any Scripting Languages like Bash, PowerShell, and Python
