âą Working closely with product managers and engineers to plan user-assistance projects, anticipate documentation needs, solve problems âą Driving documentation projects through the complete development cycle, with the help and guidance âą Taking care of scope deliverables, set schedules, talk to subject matter experts, write, edit, and produce âą Learning and mastering new documentation tools, methods, and delivery mechanisms as the work requires âą Creating and maintaining all types of technical documentation and application content aimed at Akamai customers âą Creating UI text and in-app guidance to help customers navigate through Akamai products and âą Understanding user goals and working with cross-functional teams to scope the user assistance deliverables
