📋 Description

• Leading qualitative studies including in-depth interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry • Designing and analyzing surveys and running A/B tests • Building and maintaining dashboards for behavioral analytics • Analyzing user feedback and data, identifying themes • Collaborating with designers and PMs to shape research questions

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of experience in UX research, data analytics, or related fields • Proficiency in qualitative research methods (moderated interviews, concept testing) • Familiarity with quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis) • Interest in or experience with AI/ML workflows • Expertise in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a closely connected discipline
