📋 Description

• Build AI features that drive revenue, end to end. Define the success metric, ship across React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python, and iterate until it moves. 1,100+ customers depend on this product daily. • Work directly with customers. Our biggest accounts have shared Slack channels with our engineers; you'll be on calls with users one day and shipping fixes back to them the next. • Make foundational technical decisions. How should agent memory work per rep? What's the right primitive for a long-running outbound strategy? • Mentor others on the team. Run code and design reviews, and pair on the hardest problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering experience, with depth in something close to our stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python). • Production experience with AI features. For example, you've debugged misbehaving agents and built the evals to keep issues from recurring. • Strong opinions, held loosely, about what the product surface of human-agent collaboration should look like. • Not afraid to hop on a call with a customer to validate a feature you just built. • You learn fast and ask good questions. • Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week.
