📋 Description

• Build AI features that drive revenue, end to end. Define the success metric, ship across React/TypeScript and Node.js/Python, and iterate until it moves. 1,100+ customers depend on this product daily. • Work directly with customers. Our biggest accounts have shared Slack channels with our engineers; you'll be on calls with users one day and shipping fixes back to them the next. • Set technical direction across the team. How should agent memory work per rep? What's the right primitive for a long-running outbound strategy? Make the architectural calls other engineers build against. • Raise the bar across the org. Mentor senior engineers, run the hardest design reviews, and help us hire more people like you.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead of a meaningful product area, a founder, or a domain expert other engineers turn to. • Production experience with AI features. For example, you've debugged misbehaving agents and built the evals to keep issues from recurring. • Strong opinions, held loosely, about what the product surface of human-agent collaboration should look like. • Not afraid to hop on a call with a customer to validate a feature you just built. • You make the rest of the company faster. • Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week.
