• Manage end-to-end operations of YosAid program at hospitals • Be the primary coordinator for a set of partners • Attend review meetings held at hospital and district level • Monitor output data for assigned hospitals • Conduct class quality audits for randomly selected hospitals • Support training of the trainer activities • Work with in-house team to implement experimental design activities • Gather feedback on experimental activities
• Healthcare or management background (MPH, MHA, MBA, BPT, Bachelors in nursing) • Proficiency in MS Office/G-drive, common computer applications • 6 months-3 years of relevant work experience • problem solving skills, a team player and an excellent communicator. • Required to manage relations with government staff in a sensitive manner • Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi & English.
