• Manage end-to-end program operations at identified hospital partners in the state • Support partners with program implementation and maintenance across on-site and off-site phases • Manage communications and public relations with senior government officials, hospital staff and administrators, and NGO partners • Ensure budgeting and resource planning as required • Monitor the Care Companion Program in partner hospitals • Monitor output data for assigned hospitals and collaborate with the monitoring and evaluation team to address operational challenges • Conduct and supervise monthly class quality audits for randomly selected hospitals • Coordinate with external partner organizations on research activities and approvals • Support training-of-trainers activities and assist Master Trainers/Lead Trainers in delivering modules in local languages • Manage training-of-trainers workshops • Work with designers and content creators to implement experimental designs in hospital partners • Share ground-level insights with the design team to guide experimental planning and implementation • Gather feedback on experiments to support operational and content decisions
• Considerable project-based travel to various district and other hospitals in Assam; travel may be extended and may require relocation within the state • English, Assamese, another Northeast language, and Hindi language criteria • Mandatory prior work experience in the public health sector • Preferable public health management background (MPH, MHA, MBA, etc.) or bachelor's degree in MBBS, MPH, BAMS, BPT, etc. • 5–8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Northeast States NHM • Proficiency in common computer and web applications such as Google Suites • Ability to own program outcomes and provide feedback at all levels • Creative and empathetic problem-solving with internal teams and external stakeholders • Ability to manage a team to achieve program outcomes • Excellent communication and teamwork • Ability to prioritize tasks based on situational analysis • Ability to work at ground and leadership levels as required • Ability to lead teams empathetically and achieve goals through harmonious teamwork • Ability to strategically handle government and private partner relations • Ability to provide timely, relevant feedback to reports and supervisors • Ability to manage partnerships effectively • Ability to work with colleagues across state and national borders and share and learn
