📋 Description

• Manage Bid Submissions • Lead and manage for estimations, proposals, and all projects. • Track regional market trends and adjust pricing, resourcing and bid strategy accordingly. • Oversee the estimation process to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance. • Develop and execute sales strategies. • Increase market share. • Create Sales Strategies & Optimize Sales Platforms. • Develop robust sales pipelines for accurate sales forecasting. • Manage leads to increased sales opportunities by generating accurate customer data. • Set clear and measurable goals, into actionable tasks, creating team alignment and fostering transparency. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, municipalities, and agencies. • Participate in regional industry events and associations to strengthen brand presence and relationships. • Prepare and submit sales reports. • Financial analysis of monthly sales projections, and financials.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of estimating and/or sales experience in underground construction, pipeline rehab, or civil infrastructure. • Strong understanding of public and private bid processes, including utility and municipal contracting. • Proven ability to develop winning bid strategies and deliver accurate cost estimates. • Advanced analytical and leadership skills; able to manage multiple large opportunities simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. • Management experience required. • Proficiency in Windows and a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
