📋 Description

• Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production. • Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications. • Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers. • Operate in small, highly autonomous teams. • Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration. • Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer. • Improve our internal agent network and development workflows. • Move across the stack when needed. • Focus on user and business outcomes, not output.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization, which has seen measurable, successful adoption. • Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend). • Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and with no initial acceptance criteria. • Strong product mindset: focus on problems, outcomes, and impact—not just tickets or tasks. • 5+ years of development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, side project, meaningful feature).
