📋 Description

• Design web pages that enhance new user engagement and interaction • Design marketing screens within mobile applications • Analyze website patterns and flows • Identify architecture and design flaws • Advise on suitable solutions and improvement plans • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with brand identity and business objectives • Boost engagement and conversions through cohesive, user-centric strategies • Work with UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, Design System designers, copywriters, web content managers, graphic designers, and engineers • Present and rationalize design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders • Help shape the web marketing landscape for NordVPN, a cybersecurity and VPN brand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in web design • Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-performing web pages • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills • Keen eye for detail and passion for intuitive user experience • Ability to align design with business objectives and user needs • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with data analytics, web content managers, and developers • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in English • Proficiency in Figma • Openness and willingness to adopt AI-enhanced workflows and tools • Comprehensive portfolio highlighting relevant web-focused projects, design process, and outcomes • Currently based in Poland and able to work from Poland
