📋 Description

• Support the POD Manager in daily logistics operations across the Central Region • Prepare and maintain logistics reports and KPIs • Track and update logistics data in ERP systems and Excel-based tools • Assist with shipment and delivery status monitoring • Manage and file logistics records • Coordinate information exchange with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers • Prepare presentations and meeting materials • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation • Contribute to ad hoc logistics projects and daily operational tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field at university • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Comfortable working with data and reports • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Structured approach to managing tasks • Strong communication skills • Effective collaboration with different stakeholders • Very good German language skills (minimum C1), written and spoken • English language skills (minimum B2), written and spoken • Proactive mindset • Willingness to learn • Interest in logistics and supply chain operations
