📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair x-ray inspection systems at customer locations. • Perform system upgrades and deliver hands-on training to customers. • Generate detailed service documentation including reports, protocols, and RMAs. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend service solutions. • Provide remote troubleshooting and support via phone and online tools. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers to analyze and resolve system failures. • Maintain accurate CRM records, service tickets, and knowledge base entries. • Own and follow up on open issues post-installation or upgrade. • Offer feedback to engineering and operations to support continuous improvement and quality initiatives. • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide after-hours support when needed. • Assist with spare parts identification and support order processing. • Provide technical input for aftermarket product quotations. • Travel internationally, primarily within Europe, with occasional global assignments. • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and feedback. • Develop and distribute user manuals and troubleshooting guides as needed. • Deliver service training to distributors and regional teams. • Support product demonstrations when required.
