📋 Description
• Creation, maintenance and further development of technical documentation (e.g., customer manuals, operation manuals, process and service documents) in close cooperation with specialist departments, based on XML or Markdown • Application of style guides, templates and processes for content governance and versioning • Support and troubleshooting of automated publication pipelines using tools such as GitLab, DITA Open Toolkit and REST APIs • Ensuring consistent, auditable and compliance‑conform documentation • Continuous optimization of documentation processes and active contribution to the AI‑assisted editorial work of the future
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Communication, Engineering or a comparable qualification • Professional experience as a technical writer, ideally in an IT or infrastructure environment • Ideally: knowledge of XML, Markdown, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines and document workflows • Experience with AI‑assisted content workflows and a strong interest in their active further development • Structured, precise and independent way of working, with a pronounced hands‑on mentality • Strong communication skills and willingness to cooperate, especially when conveying technical issues between IT, business units and management • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
