📋 Description

• Leverage your expertise in Java, Spring and Spring Boot • Ensure adherence to best practices: clean code, code reviews, TDD, BDD, unit and integration testing, API security • Contribute to technical studies (architecture, estimation), agile rituals and design decisions • Unite and lead your team, identify blockers, motivate team members and support skills development • Assist with technical aspects of responses to RFPs/tenders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Java development • Prior experience in a technical lead role • Comfortable with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks and strong knowledge of software architecture • You write clean code, enjoy sharing knowledge and collaborating within a team
