📋 Description

• Design comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for multi-step, event-driven customer journeys and marketing campaigns • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Campaign Orchestration, and related marketing platforms • Validate journey triggers, audience eligibility, decision logic, personalization rules, content delivery, and expected customer paths • Develop and maintain regression test suites • Use SQL to investigate data discrepancies and compare audience, profile, and campaign counts across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Snowflake, and source systems • Verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems • Collaborate with journey builders, campaign specialists, and data operations teams to investigate issues and validate corrective actions • Document defects with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, supporting evidence, and business impact • Track defects through resolution, retest fixes, and verify issues are addressed before release • Work with business stakeholders to clarify acceptance criteria, validate expected behaviors, and support testing sign-off • Participate in daily stand-ups and report testing progress, blockers, risks, and outstanding defects • Improve test coverage, regression processes, quality standards, and testing efficiency • Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous quality assurance improvement • Conduct technical interviews through Nortal's Technical Interviewer Program

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience testing marketing journeys or campaigns using enterprise platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, Unica, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites for event-driven, multi-step customer journeys • Strong understanding of functional testing, regression testing, and defect lifecycle management • Practical experience using SQL to validate data and compare counts across different systems • Ability to investigate discrepancies in customer data, audience counts, journey triggers, and campaign execution results • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying, documenting, and reproducing defects • Experience writing clear and actionable defect reports, including reproduction steps, expected versus actual behavior, and supporting evidence • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, journey builders, and business stakeholders to resolve defects • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering reliable solutions • Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate testing results, risks, and technical issues to US-based stakeholders • Availability to work during US Eastern business hours and participate in daily stand-ups • Nice to have: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) • Nice to have: Experience using Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse for data validation and analysis • Nice to have: Experience implementing or maintaining automated tests for marketing platforms and customer journeys • Nice to have: Familiarity with Workfront or similar work management tools • Nice to have: Background in travel, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment, or related industries
