📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or industry-specific clouds. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities. • Drive platform administration, configuration, and ongoing support activities. • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. • Support backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery processes. • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and automation. • Contribute to delivery acceleration and continuous platform optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce (Admin, Dev, Consultant, or BA role). • 2+ Years of hands-on experience in at least one core area: • - Development (Apex, LWC, integrations). • - Administration (Flows, configuration, security). • - Functional consulting/business analysis. • 2+ Years of experience working in agile or delivery-driven environments. • Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
