📋 Description

• Design and implement end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions based on business and analytical requirements • Work with business stakeholders to understand objectives, KPIs, processes, and reporting needs • Translate business requirements into data models, analytical solutions, and visualizations • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX measures • Design and implement scalable data models using dimensional modeling best practices • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformation processes • Design and implement ETL/ELT processes integrating multiple data sources • Work with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, pipelines, notebooks, and semantic models • Contribute to Medallion Architecture implementations • Ensure data quality, consistency, performance, security, and scalability across BI solutions • Analyze existing BI solutions and identify optimization and modernization opportunities • Define and implement KPIs, metrics, balanced scorecards, and management reporting solutions • Troubleshoot data, reporting, and performance issues across the BI stack • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Developers, and business teams • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced BI professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 7+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, or a related field • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX and semantic models • Strong SQL skills, including query optimization and complex data transformations • Understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, star schemas, facts, dimensions, and slowly changing dimensions • Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent modern data platforms • Experience with data warehouse and/or lakehouse architectures and Medallion Architecture • Experience integrating data from relational databases, APIs, files, ERP, CRM, or cloud platforms • Strong understanding of BI architecture and the complete data-to-insight lifecycle • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Advanced English level required for working with US clients
