📋 Description

• Design user interfaces from concept and user flows through high-fidelity mockups ready for build • Coordinate with the cross-functional design team • Adhere to project-specific requirements • Collaborate with product owners, service designers, and development teams • Support setup of user tests for interfaces • Conduct UX/UI reviews of developed increments • Follow design system guidelines • Follow accessibility standards • Support the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products in a technology or IT context • Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma • Strong empathy for users and ability to identify current and future needs • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions across high-risk and complex situations • Experience working in a cross-functional team involving research, design, engineering, data analysis, and business • Good communication skills to communicate creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively • Experience in design systems and supporting their development • Experience implementing barrier-free designs (WCAG 2.1 Level AA[A]) • Effective written and verbal communication in Estonian and English • Curiosity about AI in design work • Consulting/agency experience is a bonus
