📋 Description

• Perform daily review of reconciliations and execute controls to analyze and understand all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations. • Efficiently coordinates break resolution process between client, operations teams, and custodian banks. • Affirmation/Confirmation of equity & fixed income securities in US and International Markets. • Manage the settlement of various securities by liaising with brokers and addressing discrepancies in SSIs and trade details • Review and monitor trading activity to ensure accurate trade details are submitted to the market • Ensure accuracy of transaction agreements and modifications • Works closely with implementation team to ensure seamless handoff and setup of new client accounts. • Assists with project work related to increasing efficiency and improving control environment. • Prioritize time accordingly to action trade breaks by end of day • Effectively address a number of internal and external audiences in a professional manner • Assist in the training of personnel internationally • Perform other related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, and Economics preferred) or relevant proven work experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • May be entry level or 1-3 years of experience in financial services industry • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
