📋 Description

• Developing subcontract specifications, statements of work, HOA agreements, Long‑Term Pricing Agreements, and other GSC related contractual documents • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms & conditions for complex, high‑value contracts (FFP, CPFF, T&M, etc.) • Preparing bid packages, leading bidder conferences, conducting cost/price analysis, and selecting/recommending subcontractors • Coordinating with contracts, legal, engineering, quality, planning, operations, finance, program management, and end‑users • Monitoring supplier performance (KPIs, quality, schedule) and applying Lean Six Sigma tools to drive efficiency and risk mitigation • Leading Supply Chain Management Teams (SMT) • Ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, NATO contracts, and all company policies; maintaining audit ready documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree & 12 years of related experience, OR a Masters degree & 10 years of related experience, OR a PhD & 8 years of related experience, OR a high school diploma or equivalent & 16 years of related experience in subcontracts, purchasing, contracts, project/business management, or finance • Subcontract sourcing to close‑out; drafting HOA & Long‑Term Pricing Agreements; negotiating terms & conditions; supplier performance management; cost/price analysis; market research • Working‑level knowledge of FAR/DFARS (or equivalent business law) • CostPoint or SAP ERP + MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret clearance or higher (US Citizenship required)
