📋 Description
• Monitor the quality of SOC services at customer sites. • Ensure monitoring aligns with identified IT security risks. • Support multiple customers with SOC monitoring services. • Provide monthly reports and hold discussions with customers. • Lead implementation and change projects within the SOC.
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in IT or IT management. • Additional qualifications in cyber security (CISSP, CISM) preferred. • Relevant knowledge in IT management, e.g., project manager, service delivery manager. • Good knowledge of IT security and IT infrastructures. • Independent, well-structured, and strong communication skills. • Fluent in German and good command of English.
