📋 Description

• Join a growing team as a Senior Structural Engineer. • Mentor junior engineers and lead structural engineering projects. • Collaborate with a larger structural engineering team on complex assignments. • Develop scopes of work and prepare budgets for projects. • Represent the company in client meetings virtually and in person. • Participate in structural evaluations, retrofits, inspections, and construction support.

🎯 Requirements

• PE license required and you must expect to quickly seek reciprocity in multiple states. Having your SE license is desirable. Having a current NCEES record is also a plus. • 10+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally with experience in the heavy industrial and renewable fuels space though not required. • Experience with all types of foundations, steel structures, and industrial buildings. Marine facilities or bridge design experience is a plus. • At least some experience with seismic engineering and design utilizing ASCE 7-16, AISC 341, and ACI 318 in your designs. • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth. • Proven ability to manage structural projects independently and as part of a multi-discipline team. • Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and design practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
