📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Platform Architects • Oversee delivery of implementations, ensuring your team delivers high-quality solutions on time • Provide technical guidance, ensuring architecture aligns with best practices and scales effectively • Drive operational excellence, streamlining project planning, documentation, testing, and collaboration • Act as an escalation point for complex implementations • Collaborate with Product and Engineering for platform improvements and roadmap prioritization • Foster team learning and innovation, promoting best practice sharing and use of cutting-edge AI techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech • 3-5+ years managing technical teams • Background in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration, preferably in AI or low-code environments • Proven ability to lead complex projects and customer engagements from discovery through delivery • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks is a strong plus • Knowledge of health system technologies like EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools is a plus • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer and internal engagements
