📋 Description
• Lead high-impact strategic projects from diagnosis through implementation. • Map opportunities, model scenarios, and develop business cases to support key decisions. • Work directly with the executive team and founders to prioritize initiatives. • Coordinate multidisciplinary streams (Product, Operations, Commercial, Growth). • Produce analyses, executive presentations, and frameworks that support business scalability.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in strategic consulting (MBB, Kearney, Strategy& or similar). • Structured thinking and strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent analytical capability and proficiency with tools such as Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint. • Clear, executive-level communication skills. • Hands-on profile with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to build in a startup environment.
